Basic Info
ღ If these terms are broken, you will be privately blacklisted from commissioning me.
ღ WON'TS: Older ocs, ferals, anthro's, mecha, nudity, realism, detailed heavy gore. Anything else feel free to ask if you're unsure.
ღ If you do not want me to post your commission online, you must tell me when you order.
ღ Payment will be 50% at the start and 50% upon completion. The last 50% is expected within 24 hours of the completed piece (heavily watermarked) being sent, the unwatermarked version will be sent after payment is received.
ღ Don't send the payment until you get the clear to do so
ღ You may re-upload the commission with proper credits given to me as a link to my YouTube or Instagram. This applies to any site.
ღ You may not use my art for commercial purposes or claim it as your own unless the commercial fee is paid.
ღ Refunds can be given depending on how far along I am with the commission
ღ I as the artist retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use or commercial work
ღ Conditions for reposting: The client has my permission to repost the artwork wherever they would like, as long as proper credit is given (a link to my YouTube or Instagram) and my watermark remains intact and unaltered.

✘ Tracing or re-purposing parts of the image. (you can use my art as a reference or inspiration for your art, as long as I’m credited in the og design

Payment Information
ღ I accept payment in USD only
ღ All USD payments will be taken via CashApp, Paypal, or Ko-fi.
ღ Non-payment within 24 hours after agreement and confirmation of the commission will result in the commission being cancelled.
ღ It is the commissioner's responsibility to tell me when the payment has been sent. Sometimes a payment will not fall through and I won't know about it. If you fail to tell me that you've sent the payment within 24 hours - and I know I haven't received the payment -- then the 24-hour payment term applies to you.
Refund Policy
ღ If the commission is canceled (by me or the client) before work has started, then the client will receive a full refund of the amount they paid up to that point.
ღ No refunds will be given for completed or nearly completed commissions.
ღ The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission at any time, for any reason, and without explanation.
ღ If the client cancels the commission during progress, the amount refunded will be on a case-by-case basis and up to the artist’s discretion. But there is a rough basis for refunds

Visual Reference Guidelines
ღ Client must provide at least one clear visual reference; please supply the visual reference with any important information I may need to know to correctly draw the character.
ღ If you are commissioning me to get a visual reference, like a pose or drawing itself, we can work things out and I can see what I can do.
Workflow And Process
ღ It can take from a few days to max 1 week. This is because I am still in school, and if any later delays I will personally let you know. If for whatever reason I can't complete a commission within 14 days of ordering, I will give a full refund.
ღ I will send you a Work In Progress (WIP) of the commission whenever asked. Any progress will be paused until I get full confirmation that you are happy with the work and nothing's missing.
Revision And Edits
ღ Only 2 major changes to the design are allowed during lineart phase or further, any changes requested after said point will result in an extra +$2 payment.
ღ If I, the artist, make any errors in the character design, accessories, or any other visual elements specified in the provided visual references, I will make these edits at no additional cost.
